"Casa Marina" vacation rental apartment in Porto Cervo 2 bedrooms /one bath is arranged on two levels: living room
w/kitchen corner and the bathroom w/shower and from living room, through 3 steps
there are: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 master bedroom w/king size bed.
The master
bedroom opens, through full length glass door, to a veranda w/garden.
Full length sliding glass door in
living room open onto a balcony.
The balcony & veranda are communicating
each other and both with the small garden.
The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator,
gas-range, cutlery and dishes.
Each room has its own individual
air conditioning system, color TV, iron, washer and refrigerator.

Casa Marina vacation rental apartment is located in the vacation
rental -residential
resort named "Le Case della Marina" overlooking Porto Cervo Marina on the east coast of
Sardinia island and few hundred meters away from the centre of Porto Cervo and Porto Cervo Marina close to
sport facilities, discotheques, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, post
office, banks, first aid-station, Yacht club. The building complex is part the Consorzio
Costa Smeralda.
The apartment is well integrated in the surrounding natural Sardinian environment. They are well connected with roads, pedestrian crossings and flights of steps all of them adorned by flowerbeds and natural vegetation delimited by low walls made of local stone.
This pretty apartment, carefully furnished, offer simple, comfortable accommodation in a lovely spot surrounded by greenery. |

Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit will be refunded providing we
receive written notice or email 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival
date , or refunds are subject to owner’s ability to re-rent the
apartment for the same period requested.
